This blog was the dream project of my grandfather Lt.Dr.R.V. Dave, the man behind hundreds of successful and result oriented formulations manufactured by many companies. He wanted to propagate entire essence of his 51 years of clinical practice to his students and the mankind, he wanted everyone to learn Ayurveda, the science of life, the knowledge of life, so that healthy people can protect themselves from falling ill and ill people can recover with ease without any complications.
His main focus was to teach people about the lifestyle changes and how individualistic the diet should be according to different prakritis, which is the primary objective of Ayurveda,
स्वस्थस्य स्वास्थ्यरक्षणं
i.e. to protect health of healthy people and help them remain healthy and the secondary objective was,
अतुरस्य विकार प्रशमनम्
to cure the illness and aid the suffering humanity.
On this blog we will be publishing various articles related to Ayurveda, our products, our experiences with the products, latest researches which are worth sharing, articles related to health and lifestyle which will be helpful in maintaining the health.
We will also share the clinical experiences of various other experienced doctors and traditional vaidyas who are associated with us.
